“Great costumes!”
thanks!
“Are they all yours?”
no, most of them I stole. don’t tell anybody.

Move, Indiana!
Anyway, I finished the bodice last night – got all the grommets in, and it was actually the easiest job I’ve ever had of it – I didn’t ruin any of them so I didn’t need my extras!
My to-do list for tonight:
-Hem skirt
-Finish gathering puffy sleeves
-add trim to the bottom of puffy sleeves
-Hem long sleeves
-Attach long sleeves to puffy sleeves
-attach whole sleeve contraption to the bodice
-make hairbow
hopefully I will get it all done tonight… we’ve got yet another wedding vendor meeting tomorrow night, BLARGH.
Also; this really doesn’t have much to do with costumes except it’s pretty!!
A couple of weeks ago I came across this AWESOME Jasmine shirt at the Disney store. It had an aged vintage look to it – and it was done completely in Mucha art nouveau style. I died on the spot, like seriously, two of my favourite things ever – Disney and Mucha – combined into one shirt? I did some research and found some more of them online – we went back to the mall this past weekend and they had the rest of them… so I bought them all, LOL.
Here’s the Ariel one (I noticed they also have this one on a different style of shirt, a button-up), Jasmine, Aurora/Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, and one with Six princesses on it.
The only one I’m missing is the Snow White one — they didn’t have that one at the store here, so I may order it online. Apparently there’s not a separate Belle or Cinderella one – not yet, anyway, hopefully there will be soon.
Anyway, I thought some of you out there would like those, too š
